PHM West and Central Africa denounces the inaction by sub-regional, regional and continental bodies against the Ebola Crisis in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, which has been declared by the WHO as a public health emergency of international concern. PHM WCA calls on all neighboring countries for a united effort in dealing with this.
